Clydeside_Sheep
I had not owned a bathroom scale in years (close to a decade); we bought one last night for the new house. The last weight I ever remember being is about 16 stone. Turns out I now tip the scales at a mammoth 17.5 stone. By the Gods! I reckon I could be doing with shedding 2 of these stones, via: - drinking less - eating less sh*te (I could eat crisps for Scotland)- we are getting an exercise bike & will do more walking* (* I am not inclined to go out running - so undignified - or go to a gym. But I enjoy walking and if I can exercise at home with with an exercise bike, i will definitely do that. My mate offered me a bicyle he doesnt use, so I could maybe use that along the nearby canal paths etc). I had known I had put on a bit of beef in recent months, though - of course - I still carried it off extremely gracefully, being quite tall. So what do you guys weigh? I know oil workers are often rotund characters so i expect I am still a mere skelf by the forum standards! 1 Link to comment
StandFree1982
I don't weigh much, I use guess work quite a lot unless i'm actually baking something that requires fairly exact amounts. Link to comment
