CalgaryDon
Unless Milne is expecting an exaggerated fee (2 mil plus) - I can't understand why he'd be content on allowing any of our players to leave. We are building our success through retaining the nucleus of our squad. I hope DM tells him where to go with this nonsense. Link to comment

Foster14
Makes sense. No pressure to sell now, but sure it will allow a move to a larger club come December or next Summer if the price is right. Link to comment
Pudgie
A pal that knows Jacko said he's happy here and when there was Italian "interest" he didn't know of it and was happy to stay. What he's said in interviews is exactly what was said privately so whether that's an official line he's been told to put out from the club or not is up for debate. He certainly said he was happy here and had no interest in looking for another club. Meant to have pretty tame materialistic ambitions so has his hoose, car and he's settled. Fingers crossed it's the truth and we've got a club legend on our hands but the only thing that will truly tell is time.Telt ye's! Link to comment

Sheeptastic
Good news but it sounds like we'll sell him at the end of next season then or even in January of next season. Think we could still do with a defensive midfielder who is going to put in some tackles however. Link to comment

The Oxford Don
Fantastic news. This also means that Shinnie, a left-back, who is in fact a left-back, can now play in his favoured position of left-back, seeing as he is, in fact, a left-back. Which means that there will be a left-back, who is in fact a left-back, at Pittodrie next season who is capable of playing left-back. A left-back in an Aberdeen shirt! Michty. 4 Link to comment
Guest RosemountRed
Really surprised by this, the extension length is strange, but good news nevertheless. Link to comment

I wouldn't rule out Shinnie in CM for us next season chief. Every time he's played there against us he's caught the eye & is a much better player than Flood. He's the perfect foil for Ryan Jack.
