Claim they were miles better side yet one of their best chances was a cross fae about 30 yards that just happened to hit the top of the bar. I always thought it was where there contact occurred? In which case it wasn't a pen. However, the player landed in the box and that seems to have been enough for the referee. Link to comment

Which is obviously a stretch, but the ref got it right. The England penalty was just as soft but less blatant, so the referee stuck to her guns Link to comment
