RAZOR
Don't want to jinx things but under del we do seem marginally better and/or luckier in this regard. Remember under broon we had virtually no midfielders for a sizeable chunk of the season (lead up to and just after Xmas I think). Vernon played in midfield and some suggest the experience scarred him so much he couldn't score many goals ever again. Probably because he took one look at the train at Seaton Park and thought, 'wissssseee up min' 1 Link to comment

Went back to Zip's and he appeared with that hat for his work with us both creamed. Link to comment

RAZOR
Didn't get much time on the ball but held the line well enough. Good position to be in for the goal. More to come Link to comment
Oregon Red
Have to say as a naysayer the boy did OK. Seems like he and Rooney can link up better than Rooney and Goodwillie. Link to comment
ZeroTolerance
Looks like he's going to have an impact once he settles, good signing. Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
Loved seeing him distracting Griffiths (& Gordon by doing so) for the corner. Have at you wee dick head 3 Link to comment
King Street Loon
Thought he looked a bit stunned in the beginning at the head tennis game that was going on and the referee ignoring the fact that he was continually being ragdolled by the Celtic Centre halves.Came good though and led the line well. bobb4you
Did Aberdeen just sign an INTERNATIONAL player on loan? It was like everyone else forgot and I simply dreamed it. Link to comment
BWG
Did Aberdeen just sign an INTERNATIONAL player on loan? It was like everyone else forgot and I simply dreamed it. Josh Parker was an international player that signed on loan. Might have been for a made up country though. Link to comment
newcastlered
Did Aberdeen just sign an INTERNATIONAL player on loan? It was like everyone else forgot and I simply dreamed it. Doesn't necessarily make you a good player. Josh Magennis will be leading the line at Euro 2016 for his INTERNATIONAL side. Church really should've scored a second. The goal was a good bit of instinct but the Hayes cross and Mclean header made it. He worked hard, didn't see much from him but did his job. Hope for a bit more to come. Link to comment
Chewie37
Seemed okay, the ref wasn't giving him anything after the first couple of challenges on him, even though they were dubious. As soon as he thought Church was milking it, he ignored anything. Goal on his debut makes him a new hero though Link to comment
DelMonte
Chased everything. When the striker chases it tends to set the tone for the rest to do the same. Not the best on the ball but was bullied a little bit by their new boy. Poachers goal but not a better way to start than that. Link to comment

SkyeDon
Seemed to have strength and pace, definitely something to build on. Once he settles I reckon he'll do fine. Should have got another one though! Satisfactory start. Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
Already he seems to be a "right place right time" Rooney type striker. Natural penalty box striker. Link to comment

ericblack4boss
A guy who has watched a lot of championship football reckons we have a good signing. He can't believe that a championship club didn't come in for him, as he is good enough for that level, Also as a Sheffield United fan, he can't believe we haven't taken a punt on higdon, Link to comment

DelMonte
It seems to work though. Not the first time its paid off either.Worked on Wednesday but games where teams sit in against us I don't think it does. Would stick Rooney and Church up top in them games with two wingers. Against the smaller teams like Partick, Killie etc. I think we should go for a more attacking approach than we have seen previously. Link to comment

He has his formation and sticks with it. Unlike Goodwillie 'the ball holder upper' this guy actually looks he wants to be here. He's a natural striker that wants to put the ball in the onion bag. If he can do that, then I'm happy to see RooDawg on the wing. He'll score goals either way. Link to comment
