shut up meg
I would go onto Tripadvisor and see what floats your boat. I liked the DDR museum, really good way to spend a couple of hours.Mostly I enjoyed just wandering around the Mitte area, loads of cold war and WW2 stuff, little bars, cafe's and restaurants and for a capital city really cheap. Bluto10
When I've been in Berlin I've spent my time in pubs. Who gives a shit about Cold War rubbish like checkpoint Charlie's. 2 Link to comment
The Village Seagull
I was once placed to Berlin on a 3 month placement with my old job. Spent a week in the clink for alleged desecration of a public monument. All charges were dropped. It was all one big misunderstanding. Allegedly. 1 1 Link to comment
DelMonte
Decent cheers, just pricing it up can get return flights for under £40.Cheap as fuck when you're there too. We all loved it. My parents went last year, they are both around 50 and liked it too. Going back in March actually. Link to comment

Clydeside_Sheep
We will be going to Germany for a fortnight again, again via ferry/driving. But this time I want 1-2 days stop off in Amsterdam, (perhaps even each way), so I can buy doobie / get high. Only managed to have a quick lunch in Amsterdam last year - not good enough! Wouldn't mind a stop in Cologne either, as that's where we got engaged in 2011. Link to comment
