We don't need to wait for Kingsford to implement these things. At Kingsford, Westhill hotel has a big function room - would be a better alternative to an outdoor fanzone in the middle of December. 1 1 Link to comment

Cost of hiring and normally something else booked there on matchdays would be the first logical answer. Buying the Broadhill would be easier. Link to comment

Ernie McCracken
Fuck Deeside. ‘mon the Donside BreweryIt's not a problem, no need for agro. 4 bars it is then, including one for the yet to be formed Donside Brewery (as far as I am aware). Plus a one window kiosk selling warm cans of Tennants for the guy on twitter. We just need to convince the club that this is the way forward. It's almost too easy. Link to comment

We don't need to wait for Kingsford to implement these things. At Kingsford, Westhill hotel has a big function room - would be a better alternative to an outdoor fanzone in the middle of December. I read someone the other day say they don't take their 3 kids to Pittodrie because of the experience and facilities and they're basically waiting for Kingsford - another 3 years or something away. What a waste of money for the club that is. The club messed up not just going ahead with making the RDS concourse for families and making a place for atmosphere in the Merkland. Instead almost nobody is happy with the experience and we're losing fans. Don't know how full the 2 car parks are during games but surely there's space in there for a BrewDog beer tent! 1 Link to comment

BWG
The sale of McKenna will fund the rest. Fag packet economics then dictates that should leave about 2m for the playing budget. If only. Link to comment
Tord31
the club will announce other 'exciting' fund raising news which sounds a bit like share issue / rights issue. I had thought the club might have managed to eek out that requirement until phase 2. Exciting news about the £1m though - cormack family/friends strengthening their shareholding in the club must be getting a fair percentage now. Anyone any ideas how much he's put in? Certainly 3 or 4 tranches of money now. Link to comment

Chewie37
It would be disappointing if Dick Donald and Chris Anderson didn't get some recognition in the new stadium. I'd also think that Teddy Scott might get mention in the youth setup? Link to comment

Alex Ferguson and Willie Miller will get fan funded statues. Everything else will be sold off to the highest bidder. Link to comment
