PHASE 1

Ground works almost complete and will be finished by end of next week

Main contractor moves on site the week after to start work on the 5/6 football pitches and associated buildings, gym etc

Due for completion July 2019

Price of phase 1 has increased to £11.5m due to increased quality of pitches, undersoil heating and irrigation systems

 

PHASE 2

This is planned to begin in June/July 2019

Decision of the appeal is due May 2019

Cost of Stadium projected to be £45m

Not you're not. You said the whole thing will cost over £60m, then said the club had said "all of that" would be £40m.

 

They didn't. They said £51m for the whole thing, they're now saying £57.5m.
