dave_min
Fuck me that was cold. Decent win without ever getting out of 2nd gear. Poor goals to concede, but should have scored more as well. Agreed. We wouldn't have conceded any if we'd had to up our game to beat them. This new keeper looks shite, bring back Rodgers. Link to comment
shut up meg
Amazing how Anderson managed to do it. It was mentioned above, Derren Brown is involved in the SFA somewhere behind the scenes. Link to comment
RAZOR
Poor turn out of 11,611 but not nearly as bad a drop in attendance as the disgraceful Celtic fansWhat a dreadful goal to loseSpoken like a true Canadian Link to comment

True_Don
We are through , scored 4 and always looked like the winning team. Sloppiness took the shine off the win but remember it wasn't long ago we used to shite it at home to lower league opposition. Few points from this game and the last: Woodmans kicking is dodgy. Big Joe would have saved the 2nd goal. We need him back asap. McKenna, solid and doesn't mess about but sometimes I'd like to see him take a second a find a red shirt. McGinn on the left...so much more effective on the right . McInnes needs to stop the switching the wingers thing. Shinnie: these continual bookings are having a significant effect on his game. He wasn't commanding the mid as he is capable of. Link to comment
Dynamo
I'd say it's beyond me that Arnason is behind AOC in Derek's mind but we know how blinded he is by favourites. Unbelievable we've gone into this half of the season with that abortion of half a defence. We've got no chance in the Scottish or getting through Europe. Aye, just shows you how poor a signing Arnason has been. Mince. Link to comment

ABZ RED
Aye, just shows you how poor a signing Arnason has been. Mince. Arnason and Mckenna are the strongest pairing when there's no constant changing. We've witnessed it. 1 Link to comment
Poodler
McKenna was pretty solid. Wins everything in the air I thought Flood had a good game for them, didn't waste a pass. Still frozen. Link to comment
shut up meg
I hope united get promoted as they'll be an easy 9 points, they were pish and the dons didn't need to get out of 1st gear.Even then we could and should have scored another 3-4.Also, that was the coldest I've been at a match for a while. Clydeside_Sheep
Pleased to win but we were poorly defensively and gifted them two goals. (To be fair their 2nd was a good finish). We made them look better than they are. O'Connor was bad in particular, he could have scored a brace for USh*ted had woodman not been alert. Could have been a much more handsome win. Expect we will take care of Killie without too much hassle. Link to comment
dazzy_deff
Fuckin Baltic. Pished as was in corporate. United are honkin. OConnor is worse. Just Punts it whatever direction he is facing. Absolutely crap. Played nowhere near our normal level and still far too strong for United. Link to comment

A team that hasn't beaten us in 17 games...would be just typical (and just like football) for this to be the first one. 1 1 Link to comment

Reliablesource
Cruising till O'Connors fuck up pass. Then cruising again till we took the foot off a bit and gave them a boost. Credit to United they are so bad they don't know when they're beat. Link to comment
Big Hat Logan
Clearly the frustration is that were a decent team, but there seem to be a few fairly obvious things that could make us even better that seem to be repeatedly avoided by the manager. A desire to be even better. Winners mentality. Rather than happy with being just good. Like you clearly.Im happy with us being good, not sure whats wrong with that. Scoring 4 at home and progressing to the next round is something to be happy about, no? Link to comment
Big Hat Logan
You've managed to completely misjudge the tone and alienate absolutely everyone while ignoring any of their content there, well done. There's nothing wrong with wanting better than what we got in the 2nd half, that's what the chat was, you plank.Nah, folk just having a go at the easy targets as usual; McInnes, Ball etc. Not happy with winning 4-2 and into the quarter finals, some people need to cheer up. Don Shula
We are in the next round, ultimately that's all that matters despite some of the issues from today Jury still out on Woodman - didn't think he could do much with both goals, like his willingness to come and get ball at edge of box (take note Joe for when you are back) BUT his kicking is definitely a problem - too many sclaffed clearances like last week. Jury long since returned verdict on O'Connor but amazingly he still gets picked ahead of Arnason. Is it fitness? Is it the rumours from start of season that he wasn't a McInnes signing? Can't figure it out to be honest but for sure we will continue to ship easy goals as long as we pick AOC. Bonus that Considine suspended for next round so get Shinnie to his best position Another stupid groundhog day booking for Shinnie Wish we could bottle the GMS performance for every week Typical Rooney goal, great determination but as said by others, he was done after 60/70 mins We will really miss Christie/McLean next season United tidy enough going forward but defensively they are shite and no way they are beating the second bottom Premiership team so another year in Championship beckons (no laughing at the back please) Would fully expect to beat Killie in quarters BUT with the way the draw panned out we will need to beat a minimum of one of Celtic/Sevco and more than likely both of them in Glasgow to win cup so Derek better start taking the bravery pills now 1 Link to comment

No one has said theyre not happy with winning 4-2 and being in the quarter finals. Everyone is delighted were in the next round and delighted we won. But anyone who has any sort of ambition would look at that performance and look at everything that has happened this season and wish for better in certain regards. No one should ever be criticised for striving to be better (unless the critic is a loser) 1 Link to comment
old sheep
Easy victory against a very poor Utd. Good to get through to QF, but we didn't learn anything from the victory. Just don't think we are strong enough in well documented positions to lay a glove on any of the ugly sisters this season. Hope I'm wrong, but our weaker players even looked suspect today. strachanmcgheegoal
For what its worth I thought their 11 and 12 were better than most of what weve got. (Ignoring Christie and Maclean as theyre on loan and Shinnie for shere effort as always). 2 4 Link to comment
The Cockney Don
Nice win, thought Christie & McGinn were the two best players and neither scored.Shay & Des both looked iffy. Link to comment
