V for Vendetta
If Mallan couldn't take a good set piece he'd be playing for LinlithgowHe's turned out pretty pish for them right enough. Probably still better than Forrester though. Link to comment

Foster14
Considine is pish and it feels like he ships a goal a game. He has never been good enough for us.Thought it was Hoban at the time today but not seen again. Hogan was pretty good otherwise. Link to comment

Misers Hill
Was reassuring to see Cerny not being too rusty for sitting on the bench all season too.Sorry man,but who is in goals ,at the opposite side of Joe,in training matches, five a sides, set pieces etc? ,certainly not the bench. redstrummer
Thought we were fairly even. Hibs had plenty of chances. Could easily have been 2-2 or even 3-2 Hibs. We had missed chances too, of course. Football often flatters the ones that actually scores goals though BBC stats have us with 69 % possession Link to comment
Oregon Red
BBC stats have us with 69 % possession Yeah we wasted so much chances mainly because they fell to the feet of ..he had a great game but near the 18 yard box he just hoofs the ball in the general direction of the goal Link to comment
HairyPie
BBC stats have us with 69 % possession BBC stats also have Dons with 3 shots on target. Without watching back and from memory. 2 goals1 penaltyCosgrove attempt before 1st goalHoban attempt before 1st goalStewart attempt before 2nd goalMay attempt before 2nd goal That's 7 without watching any highlights back. Suffice to say BBC reporting and statistics compilation is a pile of shite. the sooner they are privatised / commercialised / thinned out the fucking better. And the "licence" fee can then get to fuck. 2 Link to comment

strachanmcgheegoal
Wilson’s run from the halfway line that the keeper stops with his leg. Bloody unlucky. That goes in and the boys on fire for Wednesday. Link to comment

DelMonte
Yesterday will surely put to bed the "look at the signings Hibs are making" pish. We are absolutely miles ahead of them just now, as a club and on the pitch. 1 Link to comment
RUL
Great performance and result. Link to comment
TynesideDon
Played well yesterday and although Hibs are shite you can only beat what's in front of you and we did that. 2-1 flattered them as we were by far the better team and should have had 4 or 5. Shinnie was different class as well and they didn't have anyone who could get near him in the middle of the pitch. All in all a good showing and sets us up nicely for Wednesday night against them. V for Vendetta
No, you're not getting away with that Plenty people lamented mcinnes for "missing out on Mallan" He was well avoided"Not getting away with" - settle down robocop Or do you think Forrester will turn out better for us? C'mon man, if you use your common sense, the point made (by me anyway) was That we would be better going for promising young players like Mallan rather than dodgy lower English league journeyman. Mallan turning out shite makes it a poor example but the point still stands 100% 1 Link to comment

SheepieBaaBaa
Wilson should have lifted both of his chances ... next time he'll know Wilson looked a lot more like the player I expected him to be last night. Hopefully being benched in favour of a player who was purchased for less than his weekly wage proved suitably embarrassing and he has upped his game accordingly. Link to comment

Shame he couldn't finish it off after that 50 yard run when the keeper saved it with his legs. Would have done him the world of good to bury that. Link to comment

V for Vendetta
Why is Forrester the example with Mallan Why not Ferguson? As I say, Ferguson kinda proves exactly what my preference is - snapping up young Scottish lads with potential every chance we get. Not sure how you think Ferguson helps whatever your argument is actually meant to be here tbh. Link to comment
