Sonoftherock
My memory of Maddison is him playing through the middle. Every one of those highlights shows him through the middle. I'm the opposite. My recollection is of Maddison spending the majority of time out wide... when he did drift centrally he looked far more dangerous, as @@BWG mentions. Link to comment
The Hulk
He played left wing in the aforementioned LC final and Forrest handed him his arse after Considine booted it a good few times. Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
Main is your basic bulldozer type power house striker. Time will tell if that works for us. We haven’t really had that type in the side since Shearer. Very much doubt he will turn out close to Shearers level/strength but hope he comes close at least. He may be closer to Magennis level than Shearer. Hopefully we get pleasantly surprised. Link to comment

Can't really think of any other strikers we've had since that I would put in that category. They type that went through defenders rather than around them 1 1 Link to comment

Henry
I'm lost to be honest! What is the accusation exactly? That we are in cahoots with @@Millertime, as part of a cover up to protect his lies about attending the 2002 Champions League Final? Come awa' min! No, I was querying whether Millertime has requested his past posts to be deleted. Link to comment

redone
Brewster’s main strength was that his when he headed the ball it was usually with some sort of purpose in trying to find a teammate, rather than just a hopeful flick-on. And he won a helluva lot of headers. Link to comment

JakieBastard
Maddison wasn't the full package when he came to us. He swanned about, diving around and had a pretty shite workrate. His spells of brilliance were there to be seen, but he wasn't doing enough to warrant more game time. He's improved significantly, from what i've seen, in a league where he's not getting kicked about by journeymen and Scott Brown types. That maybe so. But even though he was inconsistent it was plain to see from his touch, vision and football brain that he was destined for big things. But in true SPL fashion he was widely viewed as a luxury player that couldn't be fitted in Link to comment
