Celtic 2 - 1 Aberdeen

Recommended Posts

Watched another replay of the Red Card at another angle.

Cosgrove missed the Celtic player with the tackle but his trailing leg caught him.

The choice of a red card for Cosgrove is a matter of opinion.

It was a clean tackle that clearly got the ball, with only secondary, unavoidable contact.

If that's a red card then, as people have said, they need to just come out and say it's now a non-contact sport.

...at least in terms of contact vs Celtic players.

It seems Aberdeen will appeal the Red.

We will appeal but red will (as usual) be upheld as it is against Celtic & it cannot be seen as they were given a helping hand in the game.

the ‘anonymous’ panel will side with Celtic again.

Orcs would be in uproar if the red in rescinded lol

It becomes pointless appealing. Cunts.

nowhere near enough attacking intent / threat

Because we don't have the quality players to play that type of game. More often than not teams who play that style against Celtic or Sevco leave gaps in defence and get and lose cheap goals.

Then you would get Fuds on here going on about being naive and playing into the opposition hands.

Trailing leg caught him because Ajer put his foot back in (clear as fuck from behind goal line angle) , possibly with the intention of hurting Cosgrove.

Prick.

Come on, we didnt play well at all

Logan, mckenna and Taylor's distribution was a fucking disgrace

Notable mentions to Logan for the one he passed out for a corner under little pressure and Taylor for THAT free kick

The sheer amount of times we end up passing the ball back to Lewis (who himself was guilty too of fucking embarrassing distribution) , even when we were in celtics half was incredulent

We need to get better fucking players then . Or a manager that's has more attacking intent

Laughable that he gets away with his play acting every week.

Remarkable powers of recovery. Writhing about , seeming to be in agony just after his dithering and poor touch has allowed Cosgrove to win the ball.

But then within a few seconds able to get involved in the general rammy after Cosgrove gives Brown a well-deserved , but totally inadequate shove
