The real deviants are the people who put worcestershire sauce on it. Now that's a guaranteed way to sniff out a hun. Check if they use worcestershire or indeed any kind of broon sass on their foodstuffs.

Your missing out there - wee slice of toast, the butter melting on it and then place the poached egg on top, burst it open and the yellow yoke spills forth all over the toast - a lovely breakfast.

If feeling a tad indulgent stick some smoke salmon on the toast as well, or a bit of stornoway black pudding.
