Possession, passing, and 'attractive' football count for nothing if the end result is bottom six, missing out on Europe, and losing to teams of hammer throwers who simply need to be a bit organised to beat us. Easier to fix than playing shite and losing. We aren’t far away. Take emotion out of it, we were very good that first half and should have scored a few. Link to comment

There it is in a nutshell. That’s the only stat you need. We can’t defend. We have a soft centre, and teams know that. It’ll take one or two chances to realistically score against us, so teams don’t even have to work that hard to get a result against us-just do the basics. Need to cut out the mistakes at the back but today has been hugely unlucky. It’ll come against these shit teams. Motherwell are fucked if this is the standard they set. WesthillWanderersFC
Dominated the game but beaten by those hammer throwing cunts again. Glass fucked up by going with 3 at the back IMO. Motherwell’s first clean sheet since they played us at Fir Park. The last two games against them they’ve had 4 attempts on target… and scored 4 goals. Back to square one with two away games at Dundee Utd & Celtic to come. Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
Statistically we slaughtered them. We must be close to champions league qualifiers in the stats league ? Hope Glass reminds us of our stats again in post match because without our stats we would be really shite Link to comment
Shinniesta
Until we get some sort of defensive stability results like this will keep happening. We are just too easy to score against it's been the same story all season. It certainly doesn't help that we have one natural defender available for selection at the moment. Link to comment
Durrant Dived
I'm fucking raging at that. Bates is absolutely shite. Link to comment

That's true, but the way we collapsed after the first goal was predictable... a second seemed likely, and again our defence was posted missing. We are a ludicrously fragile team. I like watching an Aberdeen side that can pass a ball... feels like the first time in years... but how we played is going to be of secondary importance when the points are totaled up, and the natives WILL get restless. BitWait
Stats look like we hammered them. No way should Motherwell have finished the game with eleven men. Defensively we were absent for both goals Link to comment

Came back from a real blow last weekend. It’s a team with a new manager and new players. It’ll take time but there’s something to work with. Second half against Hearts was some of the best stuff I’ve seen from us in years. Need to work out how to beat these shit cunts like Motherwell however but if people come out with the sacking shite again then they need their heads looked at. Link to comment

Jazzer08
So frustrating. Yet another team we come up against while on a poor run of form and without a win in x number of games and we gift them the 3 points. How many times is that now? There was St Johnstone, Dundee and now Motherwell. Can't say we played badly either - just nothing would drop for us. What a dirty, niggly time wasting bunch of bastards Well are though. starryfish
For their second goal was there a need for us to have a four man wall for an indirect free kick? Link to comment
Granite95
Piss poor defending let us down yet again. As others say we can dominate the game statistically but if we keep conceding piss easy goals like we do we've got nae hope Link to comment

Byrne Baby Byrne
That’s their striker scored 3 against us. We are now obliged to sign him and turn him shite Link to comment
Ten Caat
70% possession But fucking pointless having all that much of the ball when your defence can't defend. And you create very little for the attackers to take advantage of. Hopefully the international break will see Ramsay, MacKenzie and Gallagher all return to fitness. Because they're walking back into the side if they are. A bad result against United and the knives will be back out for Glass Link to comment

Devlin is basically a write off and Considine very unlucky with his injury on a shocking pitch. It is very unlucky to have 5 players from one area of the team all out injured at the same time but I'm honestly not sure we'd be that much more secure at the back if they were all fit. We haven't convinced defensively at all since Glass arrived which is a major worry. Link to comment
Tommy
Another game and more defensive fuck ups. Absolute tool of a ref did us no favours but the manger and players need to have a look at themselves. What point was there taking off Campbell and replace him with Hayes? Link to comment
BonnieDon
Thats a really hard result to take. We should never be losing that. We need to bounce back and get a result against Utd. Link to comment

Geoff_Tipps
Defensive lapses are really hurting us. Did we deserve to lose? Yes, we can't dominate like that and not take our chances. We could have played all weekend and not scored. Cormack will be sitting by the phone cock in hand waiting for that call from Burrows. 1 Link to comment
