What a rousing speech to his followers on WhatsApp, at the end of the article, by the feared gang leader nicknamed Barbecue. :nutter:

He doesn’t look unlike that innocent young man George Floyd, peace be upon him

An odd parcel of people your Haitians. Don't mess.

Haiti is definitely not the "destination for a holiday" bucket list though.

As well as simmering violence and lawlessness, Oxfam workers left a sordid, disease-laden societal legacy there, whilst masquerading as humanitarian aid workers after the Haitian earthquake in 2010.

Haiti is a doddle, been there a few times.... Labadee a fenced in beach complex owned by Royal Caribbean, fair put me off my burger seeing folk standing on the other side of the fence watching you eat, you go up and give them what you could through the fence but security come over and stop you. They have stopped visiting there for now, dont think fences stop bullets :whistling:

@Matt Armstrong's Dog get watching this series. Fuckin crazy.

The locals seem to be quite jovial and forthcoming characters though, considering how they are living and how they're country is governed.

It would be an adventurous, entertaining, and educational type of holiday if you fancied going there for a jolly. It certainly wouldn't be monotonous.

This chap will be wondering posthumously why he bothered leading the fight for the abolition of slavery and independence in the country now known as Haiti......

What's the point of pixelating their faces?🤔

Is it because one of them appears to be tanned, therefore cannot be deemed to be of a racial demeanour?

these boy may be innocent?

they may also be under 16, or vulnerable children

(ok, probably not but innocent until proven guilty so best not splash their mug shots all over the press)

bbc verify, the bastion of truth! When bbc verify gets involved, it is to push a narrative.

remember, these are the guys that said the covid vaccine was safe for pregnant women (when there hadn’t been a single study done on pregnant women).

When you see a bbc verify article, consider why the article is published and who benefits, before considering what is in it.
