It's the biggest game he's ever played in. It shows up Goodwin's strange decision to appoint him captain for what it is. If we know Shinnie will be signing on permanent....even if the club cannot admit it for whatever reason right now....then he should be made captain. But if he is genuinely just on loan till summer it doesn't seem right to make a loan player captain over someone who will be here next season. That said there's no other candidate standing out, maybe Hayes temporarily but he's not a guaranteed starter. McCrorie has to be a no because of his Seville antics. Ramadani?? Link to comment
