Threw a few pork loin steaks on the bbq tonight. Ran out of gas tho and was 4 cans down so couldnt head out to get more.

Back in to air fry them instead. Tasty

1kg baby potatoes 
500 ml mayo 
1 cucumber peeled deseeded and diced
2 tomatoes quarter, remove seeds and dice into small pieces 
3 spring onions finely sliced 
1 handful of chives very finely chopped
4 hard boiled eggs grated

That would be absolutely horrific.

The BBQ was an absolute disaster, couldn't get the coal going at all.

Had to do the burgers on the George Foreman grill, the sausages in the air fryer, and the half-cooked chicken in the oven.

Did you get a fire going with kindling first then surround it with your coals? Needs to be done 30 mins before cooking buddy.
