Celtic apparently looking to offload Seigriest.

Heid definitely one we should be going for whether or not Roos stays or not

If true and interested I’d be trying our best. Roos has played well, especially in Europe, unfortunately he will have better offers.

So with looking like at least 2 wages off bill & potentially another small one (Barron) also. We must be able to take in a couple of loan deals at least very soon. Preferably loan to buy (just in case) in prep for summer

Barron basically fkn us around is probably spoiling any potential deals at moment as he’s likely being offered a decent wage so waiting on his decision before any loans in 🤷

we cannae sign a boy with the first name of Clayton? even if he is Australian - who calls their laddie Clayton (well, apart from Claton Taylor's parents)

Well, we had Hayden, Jayden and Shayden last season, so Leighton and Clayton is the next logical step...

You think Aberdeen are paying more than Rubin Kazan?

No! far from it. Not sure what your point is though.

Celtic pay more than us but we still loaned Scales from them and would have probably signed him permanent but for injuries at the tims.

Liverpool pay more than us but we still signed Clarkson from them.

Benfica pay more than us but we still signed Duk.

Wigan pay more than us but we still signed Shinnie.

Someone at the club knows him well and knows his ability. He is out of favour at Kazan so therefore is someone worth looking into. Visas and work permits would be a complication though.

A-League is a tough market... very difficult to work-out if they're going to be good enough to play in Scotland.  Standard is absolutely awful in the A-League and the competition runs during the southern hemisphere summer - which is nuts!  So, the games are played at a snails paces - the opposite to scotland!  Definitely a few gems like Baccus, but they are few and far between... the likes of McGarry looks well below the required level.

Agreed Mcgarry would be better off in the Championship for at least the next half of the season....maybe that's an option 🤔

The McGarry signing, for me, was Cormack’s attempt at making AFC trendy, tapping into the Oz market. The lad Penrice at Livvie looks ten times the player McGarry is, younger, and could have been prised away for less that what McGarry cost, on lesser wages, and on a Bosman if we’d held off a year.

Wigan didn’t pay at all. That’s how we got shinnie and McGrath

My point is there's no financial gain to move across a whole continent for.

Celtic Wigan Liverpool are down the road not thousands of miles flying time away.

Benfica B do not pay more than Aberdeen.
