Yup. Yet shite like this never happens to France, Portugal, Spain. I have watched a shit-tonne of matches in these qualifiers and no one has had the VAR checks that Scotland has had. We have had checks on everything significant. UEFA favour France, Spain in such obvious ways. I personally think Kelly is better than Clark and should be the number 2.  I'm sorry to say it but at RB Paterson is ok for the back up but Hickey is clearly on a different level. Ralston is only 3rd choice.  At LB Taylor should be 3rd choice without doubt.  Really exposed at times.  Ryan Jack also out of his depth in my opinion.  I think Steve Clarke was right to look at the squad and he will have learnt a fair bit

Have never seen Doak kick a ball but if he’s half as talented as folk make out, seems much more sense bringing him along for the experience even if he doesn’t play, rather than someone like Jack.
