Not a single winger at the club capable of performing at this level.  

Wouldn't be any better with Morris or Hayes in the team. Likely worse despite them being natural wide players.

Recruiting on data is all very well. Useful information.  

But it doesn't tell you what's in their hearts or between their ears.  

And too many of our current crop are sadly lacking on those fronts.

We are 16 points behind Hearts, accepting games in hand, laughable and tragic in equal measure.  For the love of god call Chris Hughton and get a decent manager in.

The lack of heart especially can easily be down to a shitehole tactician draining all the life from players. 
 

We are a really really BASIC team no matter how Robson pretends to make out we’re trying certain things. 
A very simple team for all domestic sides to work out easily. Only County that are so shite they’ve failed to overcome us during any times. Even Motherwell managed a second half against us when they were honking as well

Well apparently there might not be any business done this window as Barry has said the board have been fantastic and Provided much dosh to bring in the quality we have now. We will only do business this window if we know of someone who can improve our squad in which case we will ooo at it. I guess after tonight nothing will change.

the guys continue to look disjointed, passing is shocking, 90% of second balls are lost and it is same old same old. I guess we were tired after the break, hadn’t had time to train properly and get all the guys in the building!

Miovski has no support up front and tonight was seen a lot defending in our box….against St Johnstone….

4-3-3 works for me; Duk on the left and McGrath on the right. Not wingers per se but at least they give us some width whilst helping Miovski

I've probably been more patient than most with Barry but there's just no sign that his managerial nous is anything more than mediocre. 

Situation rapidly going the way of Glass and Goodwin who stuck stubbornly to their own methods and squads but couldn't adapt when things went downhill. 

There's been some strange goings on with personnel (Williams, Dadia, Vinny frozen out, Mcdonald & Duk being used sparingly) and very little evidence he knows how best to use the squad at his disposal. We're better than this, but performances have been miles below par. 

A good manager would not have been satisfied with the Clyde showing. That Squad did not deserve to start again today.

Didn't see the game tonight but this is spot on. We've got the tea boy as DoF, the under 20's manager as manager and diamond Dave running it all. 

Inexperience/incompetence at 3 of the 4 most important positions in the club. Little wonder we are where we are.

What our club needs is a multi-million investment to start with, with a different board. The standard throughout the club is far too low, no ambition and no balls in making decisions. Yes, appointing weak managers is what they can do. Derek had the shit together, but not the material in his final season.

Due to this cowardly board we missed opportunities when Sevco was relegated. With policy, we would have become champions at least once in those years. That was already clear to me and this season is only confirmation. Our club is sick, the cancer has to be removed.
