Rebel Red
Fucking hope they don't have that kind of funding. That's 1995 Paul Bernard cash. They don't. They get by on the equivalent of payday loans from "investors" on the promise that sometime in the future the loan will be converted to shares. They are a financial basket case in need of a major infusion of capital to cover the costs of maintaining Iprix, Auchenhowie, etc let alone buy players to bring them up to our level. Their chairman is persona non grata in UK financial circles meaning access to finance outwith their own immediate cadre is non existent. In summary they are a loss making business with no apparent business plan other than "WATP gies some cash to spunk on players." Sooner they die the better. Link to comment
Saturday's Kid
Further evidence of the hunnishness of the Scottish print media (if any is needed).Roddy Forsyth in the Daily Telegraph report on the Partick game yesterday; "Rangers secured European football for the first time since 2011 and guaranteed a minimum of third place in the Scottish Premiership" Thus while allowing that his (alleged) team could close a nine point and 23 goal difference gap on Aberdeen the possibility of St Johnstone closing a nine point and eight goal difference margin is dismissed out of hand. strachanmcgheegoal
Regan: we issued the euro licence to oldco Huns correctly as the small tax debt hadn't crystallised at that point (31st March 2011). McGill, in an email to Murray Group 17th March 2011 referring to Whyte's proposed bid (the background being that it has been established that if Whyte's bid wasn't accepted Lloyds were about to pull the plug a la Celtic 94). Quote may not be exact but near enough. "...We don't want the purchaser (Whyte) getting any last minute surprises and withdrawing. I think we should come clean on the small tax bill given that it crystallised some time ago..." Link to comment

Lencarl
Sevco boss Pedro Caixinha vows to plug the leaks and find the Ibrox mole. The Portuguese has been left stunned by a series of stories – including the players having their summer holidays cut short, the Michael O’Halloran saga and Emerson Hydman leaving before his loan spell had expired. "I don't care (who is responsible). I'll just tell you that we are working on it, not myself but those responsible within the club, but it's definitely one point that we need to understand."I don't care if it's destabilising or not. Not for myself, it's something that I don't like but I keep doing my job."Caixinha claimed clubs are successful because they don’t have leaks " Keep digging Pedro Link to comment
