English League Cup 2013/14

I love the EPL.

Better atmospheres all round, I get much more enjoyment going to watch Liverpool than I ever do these days (if SPL can change there ways, then my opinion may differ) at Pittodrie.

I still when I feel like it go and watch Aberdeen. The football on show is terrible, or atleast it has been when I go.

If you don't like the EPL, don't watch it - but it certainly excites me.

Give me Blackburn Rovers v West Brom over St Mirren v Kilmarnock any day of the week.

I struggle to see how anyone attaching themselves to a Top 4 EPL club isn't a glory hunter.

No better than Huns or Tims from Aberdeen.

Of course they are better than that. You can't be a Hun/Tim and an Aberdeen fan, it is possible you could be a Top 4 EPL fan and still support your local team. Depends how active you are at supporting each that will move you up or down the glory hunter scale.

i always think its more to do with their deadbeat lives and dead end jobs

I'd agree on this one, especially for the Hun/Tim Aberdonians. Many won't have been to a game in their life, but love to have something to laud it over others when they don't really have have much else in their life to do so with...

Moyes looks like a startled rubbit in the headlights.

caledonia was right earlier this year. We were premature in writing off yoonighted.

Edit: My apologies, it was last year. 30th December.

Man United fans are spoilt cunts. Half of them don't know what being shite is.

Their away support was fairly backing Moyes last night though.

it's obvious why they are poor this year. Years of lack of investment. Ageing players like Vidic, Ferdinand, Evra, Giggs, Carrick... Injuries too have played their part you can't deny that. They were due a bad season. Bluto will disagree mind you...

To be honest OWS, I never saw it - I just find it clutching at straws that a manager of Man United can complain about refereeing decisions. Irony.

Albeit managers of the smaller clubs do say the top 6 clubs do get more refereeing decisions?

Every manager does it. Brendan Rodgers was almost in tears after their Man City match!

Anyway, last night, the penalty...I wasn't so sure on it. Did Cleverly touch him? (Cleverly is fucking horrific, happy days if England take him to Brazil!)

i resent that min

:-)

theres a multitute or reaosn utd are sloppy thiis year.

i was only arguing two days ago that it wasnt purely down to moyes; fergies tenue should take a lot of the responsibility for that.

they werent "due a bad season". their form has been erratic since the bottling of april 2012.

the only difference is last season they had arguably the best striker in the world in van persie masking what was essentially the same united team and performances.

what RVP did last year was as good as anything ronaldo ever did in his 3 years at united.
