Tord31
I think when you write it out like that you are struggling for an arguement to keep any of the out of contract players Link to comment
Tord31
Goalkeeper, centre back and central midfield would be the three signings would be looking for most. If Andy Driver good enough to offer alternative attackinf option that be a boost too Link to comment

I suspect that this is our squad for next season. I think that McInnes has already decided the fate of the young out of contact players. He has a habit of sorting out contracts early. However, he still has work to do. He needs to sign up Jack or get a substantial transfer fee for him and he needs to replace Brown with a better keeper (as Tord31 has already pointed out.) fine-n-dandy
Logan needs a contract extension also & possibly Rogers (if he's as good as some say) Although he has shipped 23 goals this year in his last 9 games (including 3 against sevco) Link to comment

Tord31
We have to offer a contract before wednesday to any player we would be seeking compensation for this summer. If we dont offer at least the same terms again we have no right to compensation - this effects a few of the players. Offers have to be before the last three months of players contract. paddy
my thoughts on the following: May/JuneDanny Rogers (at Dumbarton) - New contract and promote to first team, get a new GK in and let them fight for the no1 jersey in pre-season.Lukas Culjak - No idea, I dont watch the U20s.Donervorn Daniels - Back to his home club.Russell Anderson - RetireClark Robertson - ReleaseJoe Shaughnessey - ReleaseCraig Murray (at Ayr United) - ReleaseNicky Low - ReleaseCraig Storie (at Brechin) - ReleaseJamie Masson (at Brechin) - ReleaseBarry Robson - RetireAndrew Driver - See how he does until the end of the season. If he still has the legs, perhaps offer a deal.Declan McManus (at Morton) - 1 year contract, like Low had this season. Can be his last chance saloon.2016Jamie Langfield - Release nowScott Brown - Release nowShay Logan - 3 year contractRyan Jack - 3 year contractDavid Goodwillie - Keep for now, hope he improves. Dandyesque
I reckon retiring Anderson and Robson which is practically a given should release enough cash to bring in one very good player or two good ones We can probably afford to retain the likes of Shocknessy, Low and maybe Robertson- I've not seen much to be keen on but he was highly rated by a number of coaches Link to comment

Use cash for a keepers wage. Haven't really missed them this season, so can manage without them next. Link to comment
RAZOR
Robson has made a fair amount of sub appearances lately. I think Anderson will retire and Low will get punted. Another year for Robson. Link to comment
florin_raducioiu
Robson has made a fair amount of sub appearances lately. I think Anderson will retire and Low will get punted. Another year for Robson. Would rather give Low another year than Robson. Don't think Robson is up to speed anymore and is poor everytime I see him. Low at least can improve and potentially be a good squad player for us. Not sure he'll ever become a regular however. If Jack goes then we may keep both depending on whether or not Robson hangs them up Link to comment

RAZOR
Driver not making the 18 doesnt look great for him Perhaps just a fitness issue. I've noticed quite often the likes of Flood wont make the 18 then the following week starts so I wouldnt read too much into it. Link to comment
Tord31
Not making the bench is not looking good for Robertson, Shaughnessey and Driver. Together with Low I can see these guys being shown the door after the split Link to comment
Guest RosemountRed
It's not looking great for much of the youngsters as none of them get a chance. Link to comment
StandFree1982
Low and Robertson haven't had much time to prove they are worth a new contract this season, unlike Shaughnessy who's been out on loan and hasn't impressed. I'd like to see us give Low a years contract, Robertson will be binned as we've got Shinnie and Considine vying for the LB position, Shaughnessy will also be gone I think. Robson looks like he'll get another season which, after Wednesdays display, i'm ok with. Link to comment
