I vaguely remember a cup tie at East End Park. Jan 1989.

Theo Snelders kept us in it with a wonder save. About 25 seconds in to this video.

Finished 0-0 & we were lucky as fuck if I remember right.

My memory always tells me it was a complete sell out.
EDIT - FFS 16,500. Great days

Two fantastic saves from Snelders, both times to deny my mate, Ross Jack, who then should have scored with the header which hit the post. As Westhill said above - Amazing crowd 16,500 for an Aberdeen/Dunfermline game.

It is mental how well other results have gone during our recent revival

Next week it’s likely to flip.

Hearts & St Mirren at home to the bottom two whilst we play the vermin.

St Mirren are a stick on & Hearts very likely to win.

St Mirren could be the dark horses in this.

Post split they’ll play us & Hearts at home.

We have Ibrox, Tynecastle & St Mirren to visit.
We’ll need a cushion

How to say you're suffering a bad Sunday morning comedown without saying ....

Would be handy if Hearts, St Mirren and Hibs /Livi cut each other's throats with draws in the games against each other. Or share 1 win each, nae fussed either way.

What we don't want is any of them going on a run like we've just had but that in itself would be tough given the better opposition.

County will beat Hearts with the shape they’re in 🤣

County are even more dung than Hearts.  Hearts will win.

St Mirren will beat Killie comfortably. Killie have no wins away from home & I think they’ll go down automatically.

We can hope the Huns have one eye on the semi against the Tims the following weekend, although unlikely as they get up for games against us too (despite the myth perpetrated in the media).

They 100% play every game v us like it’s a cup final.

I think you are doing the County of late a bit of a discredit or crediting the Hearts of late a lil too much 🤣

Hearts have won 3 of their last 12 games 1 draw

Against Accies, Jutes & most recently St Johnstone

County same.
3 from last 12 with 3 draws

Hearts have beaten County both games this season 2-1 (when on form)

County still managed 15/7 off/on target & 12/3 in the earlier one

Gordon still fit for both & defence still ‘mostly’ intact (only Halkett missing for latter)

Make of that what you will 🤔

Very similar stats to Friday night actually @minijc  😉🤣

You're weirdly obsessed with this, even though I've said several times I was going off their average shots per game over the course of the season, batter on though, fanny.
