Don't think he's had long enough in charge for that to be a consideration, but their fans are disgruntled, the media are questioning his future and there are rumours of a dressing room bust up. Hopefully they give him more time, managers rarely get long now but i'd give him until the summer.  Hibs are rotten from the board down, everyone that goes there goes tits up.

Definitely deserves more time. He's had one window where he's loaned a handful of players who won't be fit yet and he's lumbered with all the dross they've inherited. Countless years, countless managers and they haven't addressed their defensive issues. Whatever's wrong at Hibs didn't start with Montgomery and it won't end with his departure.

Hibs are pretty shite but, to quote Barry, you can see what they're trying to do. Montgomery's problem is he's come in mid season, trying to implement a new system with players he probably doesn't want. This is why I'm all aboard the 'external review' train so we can get the right boss in with a whole preseason and transfer window ahead of him/her.

Absolutely, however he doesn't help himself with his "style" of football.  instead of playing to kyogo's strengths he plays the way he wants.  His record in europe even when at Liverpool was poor.  The other problem he probably has is he can identify players however many of the players he wants will cost more than £10 million plus wages and lets be frank coming to scotland isn't as attractive as 10 -15 years ago.

Don't see Celtic giving Rogers the boot given the stories about Lawwell being desperate to ensure Timothy's rivalry with the huns remains rather than using Celtic's obvious financial advantage to blow sevco away year in year out. But I definitely can see Rogers walking away in the summer

Yeah this has been a huge failing of Rodgers second term. Fully understand a manager wanting to implement their style & philosophy on a team, but you have to have the players to do it. And if you don't you need be flexible and play to the strengths of the players at your disposal until you can make the team your own.
