A project to achieve what exactly though V? To make a top SPL striker out of him? Because that's what we need him to become. It's just not going to happen. He's too slow for a start and he doesnt have a good touch. Those are two essential raw materials and he doesn't have them to begin with.

Gleeson was an odd one. Probably his best game today and you can begin to see what hes about. Same style as Jack, simple square passes and looks to get it wide when he can. Looks heavy though ( a bit like Stewart last year) and doesnt seem fit for more than 65 minutes.

Durrant song and Simmy song got a good airing first half. The young eens were fighting amongst themselves at full-time too.

A few Blazing Lambs and Foundry Reds seemed to be ejected at half time for the shenanigans at HT.
