All I am really looking for personally, is when my son can go back to school. Homeschooling just doesn't work when both parents are working full time.

All going to plan there will be a move back to levels system from last week in April, hopefully level 3 then take it from there. If data tells them that some parts of country can move faster that that then they'll do that. 
Same timeframe for retail, hospitality, getting a haircut and to the gym. 
More detail on that plan in mid March, including what May and into summer will look like. 
Looks like 3 week blocks for easing restrictions to lower levels. 
Mid March hopefully for P4 to 7 and senior secondary starting to return to schooling. 
Also hope to increase outdoor mixing to 4 from 2 households mid March. 
5 April they hope to ease the stay at home restrictions.
Clydeside can get back to church around 5 April. 
This point might also see outdoor gatherings allowed for at least 6 people from 2 households can meet.

Aye I must admit, I hoped there'd be greater detail and good news in it but that was a very quick take on things. 

Theres a 94 page document that can be combed through for a comprehensive read over what it all means but the overriding feeling I got was we all need to cool our jets a bit longer yet.
