Maybe this is his plan, employ rookies / weaklings / morons (or in Robson’s case all three) that won’t have the wherewithal to challenge his role in things - self-preservation. The club seem to be a shambles on and off the pitch at the moment. From what should have been a season where we could have really kicked on, enjoyed the Euro experience, cemented 3rd place and banked a few quid we have gone backwards at a fucking alarming pace. As far as I am aware, we don’t have an Head of Academy and the Head of Recruitment is about to fuck off too. It’s about time some of the so called FMB were held to account. Unfortunately I suspect DC has filled it with yes men that he can control and he would be terrified to appoint someone who would challenge him.
