Shayden Morris

It's not like he's been playing in goals on top of a bouncy castle. Regardless of where he plays he should be able to show some semblance of a footballer, which he hasn't. And anyway, playing RWB he's still going to find himself in similar positions as he would being on the RW.

I'd honestly rather have MacLennan than this charlatan.

The frustration is that we finally wound McLennan's contract down after McInnes gave him an extension and we've shelled out on someone just as bad.

Throw in Richardson and we're going to be ruing the consequences of handing a limited manager such a healthy budget for a few years.

Aye for sure, for every Duk, Mivoski etc we've had a few stinkers

Only hope is we can loan them both to English clubs who will maybe be stupid enough to take them off our hands permanently

Yeah as that's helpful. We need Morris to help out this season.

Help out by carrying the kit hampers or giving the groundsmen a hand cutting the grass?

He’s not capable of helping out on the pitch.

This. Thought on Saturday his tracking back was decent but invariably it was to track back on someone he’d forgot to mark in the first place. Going forward he was absolutely shite.

He wasn't very decent yesterday. The 3 goal was his fault, O'Riley was his man and he didn't track back and he cost us a goal.

To be fair, we were pushing on and got caught on the break. He was blowing through his arse by that point. So for me the blame on that lies with Robson in that he should have subbed him when it was clear he was goosed.

I was encouraged by his performance having utterly written him off previously.

He could be useful in the first half of the season. Goal contribution coming up for Shaymo

Yesterday was encouraging, final ball and decision making poor but there was one ball he put in during the first half that was really good, shame their defender got to it.

He'd be better off going on loan somewhere to get game time to finish off his cycling proficiency badges.... It's all very well him being fast but if he's got no finish he's nowhere near good enough to be playing for us. He's nearly 22. We binned off much more developed talent (more's the pity) before that age in the past so heaven only knows what they see in this guy that makes them think he's got a successful future at the club.

His refusal to track back for that 3rd goal was astonishing. He actually patted the celtic player as he allowed him to walk into the box in front of him and score. You would expect better from an under 10 team. Sorry, but at this stage of his career a 5 minute cameo now and again isn't what we want.

A 5 min cameo? He played the whole game and was one of our best performers until he tired.

Should have been subbed before the 3rd goal because he was running on empty, but that’s on Robson not Morris. He put in a good shift.

He had run himself into the ground and probably shouldn't have been on the pitch at that point.
