Do you prefer bacon or sausage butties? And why?

Depends who is making it.

I never buy bacon rolls from shops/canteens, as they have a nasty habit of leaving vast bits of rubbery fat on them - ugh.  The Refinery canteen at Grangemouth was appalling for that - fortunately you could see the bacon under heat lamps and so steer well clear.

If I am making it, either will do.  But absolutely no butter / spread on the bread, Hells Bells, thats scarely better than smearing them with shite.

Adequate moisture is instead provided by a generous application of tomato ketchup (brown sauce on rare occasion).

But this is all hypothetical now, given the "new me".  For breakfast, Im more an Oatibix or boiled-egg-on-toast man now and looking pretty good for it, if I may be so bold.
