Nah, got to keep the boys, and Leven, on their toes so that they are constantly trying to impress and as such win some games - once mathematically safe then we will no doubt appoint Leven, probably change him just after the start of next season though due to a poor start (also by that point the transfer window will have closed meaning we are left with even more dross for the next chap to work his magic with.  1 Link to comment

They should never ever have put any timescales on it... should never have said originally we'd appoint someone during the international break and Burrows should never have said last week that we were 'in the very final stages but it was unlikely we'd have someone for Saturday'. All they have done is raise expectations that there'd be an appointment early in the week. All they've done is made a rod for their own back as when Leven is still in charge on Saturday they're just going to come in for more and more criticism.  Link to comment
