CityCentre
Has anyone else been receiving these anonymous screenshots of people saying Milne is leaving next week along with Fraser and other board members? To be replaced by Cormack and unknown others. Link to comment
NEM
Aye and the Westhill white elephants getting ditched. Chance would be a fine thing. Large pinch of salt required 1 1 1 Link to comment

Durrant Dived
yeah I've just seen it now. Apparently it's Cormack and the son of the owner of Alanta Falcons, dad is worth 5.5 Billion. Also sent a separate one saying Cormack has bought out Milne with another Yank(probably above) and new stadium not going ahead as they want to re develop Pittodrie.... Who knows Link to comment
shut up meg
Yep, apparently from an insider at Pittodrie. Link to comment
Zeus
Yes also been told this Taken with a pinch of salt Link to comment
shut up meg
Also mentions that Craig Brown, Fraser, Skinner are all out, Wicks stays and plans to redevelop Pittodrie, announcement Monday.Everyone seems to be getting it from the same source, I'll believe it when it happens. Link to comment
CityCentre
I hope it is partly true. Would be great to get rid of Milne and Brown and Fraser. 1 Link to comment

StandFree1982
Surely if they were planning on ditching the stadium, they could have held off the Training Facilities and moved that closer to Pittodrie! Link to comment
Guest milne_afc
Hopefully ditch that community trust nonsense Link to comment
NEM
Surely if they were planning on ditching the stadium, they could have held off the Training Facilities and moved that closer to Pittodrie! Why? Makes absolutely f*ck all difference. Players leave house and drive to training ground/players leave house and drive to Pittodrie 1 1 Link to comment

shooftahmooftah
Milne brown Fraser won't go that would mean we could get a chairman and directors who would put money into the club get a new manager and the right players who could win the league year after year and Milne the Rangers fan wouldn't want that to happen. 1 Link to comment
Betty Swallicks
Milne and stadium at Westhill and shuttle buses . Cormack and Pittodrie and pints 1 Link to comment

Why, makes no difference whatsoever where the training facilities are in relation to the Pittodrie. 1 Link to comment

King Street Loon
Heard the same rumours myself.Cormack to take over and a raft of the board going. We're going to be backed by the American $$$$.Whether or not this is a good thing remains to be seen.Plenty wealthy yanks have invested in, or bought football clubs and it's all went to shit. StandFree1982
Would you take an American Investor, a couple of cups in the bag then years of turmoil, ala Rangers and Hearts or Plod along like we are, with maybe the odd cup final and a cup win every 10-20 years? Link to comment

There's no need for the turmoil if done sensibly Put it this way Cormack can't do any worse a job than Milne has over his tenure 1 1 Link to comment

WesthillWanderersFC
Stewart Milne's tenure has been failure in the main.He ran up a debt of £15m and was bailed out by the Donald'sHe left Pittodrie neglected and it's now a shitholeHe's appointed umpteen shite managers.I could go on... If this means that we show a modicum of ambition (within reason) and a bit of spine with the football authorities...If it means we will not be seen as the subservient, quiet club that we are just now...If it means there will be a general lifting of the apathy that permeates down from the present Board...If it means no more drinking from the huns loving cup (ok that bit was an unnecessary dig)....if those things happen, then I'm fine with it. I've said to the McInnes haters, that change is needed at the top before we even think about McInnes. We now have it. I now wonder how safe Derek Mcinnes might be in the future, seeing as Milne was his number 1 backer?.... 3 2 Link to comment
