I don't condone any personal abuse that has been given to Clangers or family on TWATter in any way but now that some folk have done it, maybe it'll disgust him enough to leave, or on the other hand he may feel he'd rather stay & get his revenge in that way.

Actually just noticed that Brown ain't followed by all that many Dons' players and I see that he doesn't follow any Dons' players himself.

 

Wonder if that means he doesn't really get on with anyone there and player power may have been another factor in why Brown has gone with Langfield as his number 1 this year (as Clangers certainly seems to be one of these favourites in the dressing room)?

Twitter is totally irrelevant, Clangers woeful series of errors over the years have cost us dearly - I don't care if he is popular in the dressing room - that just shows too many losers in there - someone who costs the team on a regular basis and shows no insight into his incompeteance wouldn't be popular with a group of winners. JB may not be great but he is better. The fact that we put Clangers in goal just shows we/CB have not learnt enough and I fear we'll do well to get in the top half because we don't have enough people with the right attitude.

There is no doubting that if Langers wants to be on twitter, he has to expect the bad with the good if his performances are substandard. I personally wouldn't bother like, but you have to accept some will.

there is a dearth of quality goalkeepers at the moment, when i was a young loon i remember how the Scottish game was blessed with quality keepers, Leighton, Henry Smith, Campbell Money, Billy Thomson, Hamish McAlpine , Pat Bonner and Bobby Geddes were all first choices at thier clubs. ok there was the shite ones

Alan Rough, Robin Rae, peter McCloy, Nicky Walker, Jim Stewart, but by and large we had a fine array of keepers.
