What happened that you only got 2.5 hours of sleep Dynamo?

Missing sleep fucks you up for at least a week.

Night out in London, back to the hotel around 4, plate of chilli con carne and a few coronas later someone piped up "lets go and watch the Grand Prix". Walked for miles couldn't find anywhere, good walk though.

The best bit was getting back later on and knocking on my mate to see if he was coming for breakfast, he went and got showered, dressed everything then checked his phone and realised it was only half 6, we were in bits the next morning when we found out he'd believed us. :hysterical:

Heaps of it.

Really good for the mind, body and soul.

I've been getting 12 hours a day recently and I feel like a million bucks.

You can never get enough sleep IMO.

12 hours... You going to bed the same time as your kid ? 730pm...

7 hours is more than enough kip.

Yes I do, and I get even more kip at weekends, yesterday I went to bed at 6.00pm, and got up at 7.30am today, 13.5 hours sleep, makes you feel magic the next day, 7 hours is nowhere near enough, no wonder you are not fit to make the handful of miles trek to Aberdeen to get thrashed at pool with that sort of attitude to life.

It affects everything if you dinna get enough sleep, you only have to look at the kids for evidence, if they have a late night during the week, they struggle like hell to get ready for school in the morning.

If it's good enough for them, it's good enough for me.

I hate that song.

Because you're spending half your life unconscious.

No wonder you say you're always at 100mph, constantly on the move, getting things done. If you had the normal 8 hours sleep you'd have 4 more hours to get things done. Absolutely no need for 12 hours kip.

I'd say you should see a doctor if you are sleeping 12 hours a day. Sounds like depression to me.

You should try it, and then tell me you feel like shit.

Of course, it's all linked to the efforts made throughout the day.

Tons = heaps of sleep is a good thing.

None = heaps of sleep is a very bad thing.

I don't think you're giving it 110% during the day to be frank DD1903 min.

4-6 hours is all you need anymore is Sloth

No way, Jose!

You are obviously so tetchy about Craig Brown because you are lacking in the sleep department.

I'd try sleeping a bit longer, drinking and smoking a bit less, and see if you still have the same burning, irrational hatred for old age pensioners afterward.

I'm far from depressed min, I'm simply all action.

When the curtain goes down on my day, dinna expect me to hing aboot for an encore.

It's bedfordshire, straight away, to ensure I'm as sharp as a tack for the next instalment.

denial is another sign of depresion.

its also for the weak.

I have tried it! I'm only running at 109.9% at the moment, so I can see where I am going wrong! I work shifts though, so getting in from an early finish at 5, then going to bed at 6 to sleep for 12 hours wont happen. It used to be possible after a night right enough, not now.
