My guess is big dunc shearer but I could and probably will be wrong

Winters scored 3 hatricks as far as I can tell. Never more than 1 in a season though.

Big Duncan scored 3 in 92/93.

 

Think Mixu only ever scored 1 hatrick, he actually scored 4 that day. Same for Windass, scored 4 once.

 

Someone actually reminded me that Dodds did actually do it in 96/97. 2 games in a row as well!

At least we've had a few hat tricks in recent years. I remember Zerouali's hat trick at Dens Park was the last Aberdeen hat trick for about 7 years at one point!
