The new thing for work shy attention seeking people (predominantly females in my experience) who will have had a host of other ailments of which there is no real diagnoses for - Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome etc.

Not saying some people don't genuinely suffer from these conditions but I have worked with females who have experienced them all, and more, in order to get sickness lines from work. Always amazing how they were always able to return to work once they no longer qualified for company sickness pay and were away to go onto statutory sickness pay.

When someone is off for 90 straight days, for bullshit reasons while receiving pathetic sick lines ('suspected fatigue' for instance) yet their social media, which they have forgot that they have added people from the office to, shows them out and about enjoying themselves it's not hardly monitoring.

Also when you were their manager you have to be involved for HR reasons but you won't know anything about that would you.
