She's trying to say it made little difference, a truly bizarre claim. Letting one positive patient into a care home is akin to throwing a hand grenade into the day room and saying it wasn't the cause of death when it blew people up.

Bizarre we are 2 and Lanarkshire/Glasgow are 3.

Looking round Europe we are doing a lot better than most just now. Hopefully we will be put to Level 1 a week Tuesday.

I think she's said it herself that they are being over cautious. Aberdeen should be tier 1 and I expect that's what we will hear a week on Tuesday. What they probably don't want is regions going back up tiers as time goes on.
