If we do get him for next season, whatever the deal is,  we simply won’t make a better signing for the rest of summer.  The lad is on a different level.  He played a pass on the second half that I genuinely don’t think another player in the SPL could have made.

Whether he signs back again or not, he is another major talent that has come to the Dons and improved hugely over the season.

Maddison learnt how to play mannies football, and Clarkson has added grit and effort to his talent.  Good to show we are a club that can properly bring on major talent for the future.  Can only serve us well when trying for even better loans.

He’s played better in that deeper role.

Not sure “10” suited him, with his back to goal a lot of the time.
