We've all called for Dave to get an experienced football man in to run the club day to day. He's now gone and got the best Chief Executive in Scottish Football. Kudos Dave. What a move this will turn out to be.

Strange how people are talking him up, Motherwell improved off the pitch but on the pitch they have gone through a lot of managers and not really improved at all.

 

We don't need someone to improve us off the park.
