StandFree1982
Currently reading a book called Pure by Andrew Miller. Half the way through, it's alright so far. Link to comment
tup
Mass Control: Engineering Human Consciousness by Jim Keith. A fine read. Something I'm dabbling at myself on here, bit of eugenics, weeding out the weak, and eliminating them, to make myself stronger. Link to comment
Bluto10
anna karenina. dont quite get the reputation but it was enjoyable nonetheless 1 Link to comment

tup
The Psychopath Test. Superb. Same author as "The Men who Stare at Goats" which is also ace. Which you will note I recommended to you. I reckon I could pass the above with flying colours. Link to comment
The Boofon
Which you will note I recommended to you. I reckon I could pass the above with flying colours. I cannot remember that at all. Honestly. When did this happen? It's a great book though and worryingly there is a poster on here who fits quite a large amount of the traits. Grandiose sense of self-worth being top of this person's list. Now who invented the phrase "delusions of grandeur?" Here is the checklist in all it's glory. Paying too much council tax you say? Watch it big man he's a Psychopath. Link to comment
tup
I cannot remember that at all. Honestly. When did this happen? On Aberdeen Mad although I refuse to go on there and find it. Link to comment
The Boofon
On Aberdeen Mad although I refuse to go on there and find it. I'll take your word for it. Cracking read. The boy Tony faking being a psycho and being locked up for 14 years in Broadmoor was incredible. Link to comment

I meant 'The Men Who Stare at Goats' not 'The Psychopath'. I'm currently reading about how to control masses of people through subliminal messages, which only last for 1/3000th of a second but which get inside folks heads for good. I've used it on here over the last year, which got me poster of the year. I'm going to try and become manager of Aberdeen shortly using the same methodology. Link to comment

I'm reading Body Language (Robert Phipps is the author) for similar purposes although clearly not message board related activities. Also working through Why Does E=mc2?: (and Why Should We Care?) by the lovely Professor Brian Cox. Link to comment
tup
Also working through Why Does E=mc2?: (and Why Should We Care?) by the lovely Professor Brian Cox. Did you know that Brian's faither is also a leading professor, Ian Charles Cox, or Professor I C Cox for short. Link to comment

I think it is about porn? I said in the FB thread the other day that this was all over it. Went and had a quick wiki of it. It isn't about porn, but it is a fairly graphic novel in that sense. Some virgin girl getting picked up by a shagger of an executive and a penchant for BDSM and the likes. Sounds shit. Link to comment

But because it's aimed at females then of course it can't possibly be porn. Yes sounds shit, I have my reading sorted out for the holidays, some Hitchens and Wuthering Heights. Proper stuff.
