Big Man
Probably should have said - im not the ''Big Man'' in the video. I called it ''my scotrail experience'' in reference to the now infamous ''my tram experience'' and ''my train experience'' videos. I was standing behind the glass bit, behind the boy (Ian) who was doing the filming. I was the one who told him to put it on you tube - this is his first video. Anyway; a couple of things that probably aren't clear from the video: The big man and the ned properly tussled in the aisle and the big man whacked straight into that woman (she takes a bright beamer in the video) but it doesn't convey how bad it was. Also when the boy got booted off the train initially and he tries to get back on, the big man wraps his hands around his body like a big bear hug and properly threw him outside onto the ground - that's when that lassie starts sayin ''Whoahh there's no need for that''. This appears to have gone international: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DHl_qxeWz2w http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XLSdONS5clg&feature=related Link to comment

daytripping
The young lad didn't have a ticket, big deal, I thought the big bloke was out of order and had no right to touch the young boy. The conductor should have called the police if he wasn't happy. If I'd been on the train I'd have either paid for a ticket for the lad or stuck the head on the big chap, maybe both. Chucking the guy off the train at night time and leaving him stuck miles from his home, great solution. Manhandling someone half his size is not brave. 1 Link to comment
daytripping
The coloured gentleman is spot on, why not help the lad instead of being a prick and throwing him off the train. Link to comment
Big Man
No way - if the boy was genuinely in trouble or didn't have the money to pay he should have explained that to the conductor. I would have been happy to pay for his ticket if he wasn't being a little wank shouting and swearing. Polmont to Edinburgh Park is £5.10 for an off-peak single. Link to comment

Old Wing Stand
Totally agree. All sympathy for the guy disappeared when he started swearing and speaking to the guy with utter contempt. Wonder what he was doing in Polmont Link to comment

rossafc92
Don't understand people who post these response videos on YouTube. They're pretty cringe-worthy. Can see why some may think it was a bit OTT from the guy to throw him off the train like he did, but the wee ned was being a dick to the conductor. Tried to tell him he'd paid when he didn't have a ticket. I'd have been pretty pissed off if my journey was being delayed because of someone being so selfish. Was an entertaining watch anyway. Admin Bebo Posted December 12, 2011 Admin Share Posted December 12, 2011 Was on a train from Aberdeen to London. The train stopped in Kirkcaldy and some Ned didn't have a ticket and refused to get off. The train was waiting for 30 minutes for transport police to arrive, and another 30 minutes before the regular police had to arrive, add another 10 minutes while the four officers faffed about getting him off. Would have been decent to have had the big min there that day. Rather him getting stabbed than me. Saying that, on the train this morning, there was transport police on board during the whole route, which is pretty unusual. Link to comment
