cruzcampo3
Ever since he's started getting his mullet cut at Colin's on Wellighton Road his form has dipped Link to comment
Bamber
every player was poor and the tactics were rotten Mcinnes himself has said "We didn't look as if we were ready and we will need to look at that our preparation both mentally and physically." and "Everywhere we were last week in terms of composed, determined, confident and energetic was lacking from the performance. I need to find out why that was, I take responsibility for that" so a lot comes down to preparation for this game which was wrong Link to comment
Tommy
If we can find an alternative he's another one I'd not be worried to see leave. Not sure he's going to reach his previous peak again and if he does I'd suggest he's got more chance to do that at another team. Offer him to Dundee in a player plus cash deal for Stewart?Dundee don't have money.Be happy with a straight swap. Link to comment
Panda
Pawlett will come good. You just wait and see. Link to comment
Tommy
Pawlett will come good. You just wait and see.As much as I'd like that to happen, I just don't think he took his chance when he was given itand think his time at Pittodrie is up. 2 Link to comment
StandFree1982
Hooked at HT last night after being anonymous against a part time side. I'd get rid before the window closes. He's had more than enough chances to establish himself in this side and he's not taken it. That and he's too injury prone. Link to comment
boboisared
Was terrible last night, but thought Hayes was just as bad. Link to comment

StandFree1982
Was terrible last night, but thought Hayes was just as bad.Part of that was McInnes fault. He should have been playing wide left, but McInnes had him playing on the right hand side. That's not to say Hayes wasn't poor, but his best position is definitely on the left hand side. StandFree1982
Aye. There was a moment where he tried to take on the right back and it just looked sad.He seems to have lost his pace, which was his only attribute. He's slowly turning into a modern day Darren Mackie. Link to comment
ebbe
^ his level of shiteness will never be equalled. Link to comment
tiktak
Wow, just the four years between posts on this one. And in the four intervening years what has Pawlett achieved? Should have been gone long ago. I have the feeling he's had his last contract, just a question of whether he leaves before it ends or waits it out. Link to comment

McInnes doesn't tell him to control the ball with the outside of his foot that's on the touchline though. Link to comment
RAZOR
McInnes seems to have a wee soft spot for him it seems. Link to comment

Got to say enough is enough with this lad, maybe should start throwing himself down again, his most effective tactic Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
Wonder if Hearts would be interested in a swap for Sam Nicholson Link to comment
Zander1903
I'd love the guy to come good but I doubt its gonna happen now Link to comment
a don in oz
He looked quite pathetic against Fola... and I always thought he could be a good player for us. He really did look like a lost boy on the pitch. When is his contract up; end of this season? If so I reckon he'll get the loan at Christmas and seeya treatment. Shame. Link to comment

SheepieBaaBaa
I wonder what the hell happened to him. Was he just a one trick pony? Seems to have lost his first touch (which was always good), his ability to beat a man and has no confidence. Was actually getting angry watching his hunchy backed runs and pathetic attempts to get past players in Luxembourg. Is he maybe coming back from a well hidden injury last season? Link to comment
RAZOR
Yes. He was great in that spell. Alright Tony the Tiger Link to comment
Guest RosemountRed
surely we could shift him to Dundee United or Hibs? Even for 50k or something to get him off the wage bill. Link to comment
chaos_defrost
Alright Tony the Tiger He was our best player the season when we won our first cup in 19 years. I wouldn't call him a great but he was playing well then. Link to comment
afc_blockhead
my original response was savage. He did used to be a great player. Now he is shit.Never a great player. He had a good at best few months. He's always been weak in the head imo. Never had the bottle to be a regularly good player. Link to comment
