While I don't generally agree with his socialist worldview, Robin McAlpine has hit the nail on the head here:

http://robinmcalpine.org/the-scale-of-the-problem/

This gender nonsense and the constant genuflecting to the Alphabet Mafia and their QWERTY+ cry-bullies, with be Sturgeon and Murrell's eventual downfall, but if they don't go soon, they'll set independence back another decade in addition to the one they have already.

Fitting Murrell into the same sentence as Stonewall, hahaha, that's clever. The open secret.

In principal its a brilliant idea. However questions about its implementation are being ignored and basic questions being answered with "we don't know" by those responsible for pushing it through.

I put all my bottles and cans in the recycle bin, do I now take them to a machine and get paid for it?

Interesting even SNP hardliners turning on her.

Surprised at you Eddie.

Who could ever have imagined questioning schoolchildren on their anal sex activities and promoting turning children into deviants would have gone so badly? Not like we have any other problems just now that need looking at.

She clearly has dementia anyway, can't remember a thing that happens. No recollection of her husband loaning 100k to the nats, she's must be ill.

You still think Russia could steam roll across Europe with ease you peado cunt?

Aye.  For a start, thats them been at it in Ukraine for a nearly a year now and theres no sign of them getting sick of it.

They havent had it all their own way, but one thing is for sure - as I always said - they are perfectly prepared to accept (very many) casaulties and still carry on.

The West is not prepared to accept casaulties.

In something like 20 years, the British lost approx 450 people in Afghanistan (including MOD staff) and this was seen like the end of days.  You could lose that in a single minor battle in a 'proper' war, what would effete westerners think of that?

Imagine the great upset at having to be distracted from our "trans rights" concerns, for one thing.

Russia will keep at it for a year in tough warfare, often resembling WW1 or WW2, but according to todays Telegraph, Tobias Ellwood (Chair of the Commons Defence Committee) reckons the UK could tough it out for "about five days" in a proper war.

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/business/2023/02/14/sharp-loss-britains-blue-water-navy-leaves-world-vulnerable/

I dont recall the exact details, but I think the cold-war estimates of how long the west could fight a conventional Soviet attack was also measured in days, before the need to start throwing nukes to stop them arose.

Attrition is how Russia wins wars.  I suppose its how anyone wins wars, really.

Ukraine has done well, propped up the West, but I dont think it will last forever.

I will comment further in the Ukraine thread.

PS - its spelt "paedo".  Ass.

It won’t really be paid as prices will undoubtedly rise. So we currently pay more for alcohol than most and juice will be more expensive too! We will all be striking soon to afford a NS revolution run by The Greens

Welcome back min, you just been let out of Barlinnie or something 😉

Is it fuck! You seen the amount of recyclable litter lying everywhere? Hopefully the prospect of getting some cash will encourage others to clean up.

II appreciate its not the same for everywhere, but in Aberdeenshire we don't get glass collected as it is.

Disagree with first part but completely agree with the 2nd.

Thanks for the welcome back, none of these other ignorant pricks said owt.

Barlinnie is correct - no mercy for covering up sex abuse these days, sadly  😜

I didnt know Aberdeenshire didnt get glass collections, thats ridiculous.  Holyrood would be better off legislsating to ensure everyone gets proper collections and to ensure councils recycle it properly.  Its well known the SNP clowns who run Glasgow often send glass etc to landfill, because thats whats easy.

Apparently England and Wales were meant to be rolling out the same scheme in 2025.  While I still think Councils should collect it, if we are to have bottle returns, it should be synched all around the UK.  Otherwise, whats to stop ppl bring truck loads of bottles from England and wanting money for it?

The SNP are only concerned with boasts (we were first to do xyz)  - "leading the wuruld" -and PR.  They never have any substance whatsoever.

When the 10p plastic bags came in people moaned but as someone who is a regular runner around various forests around the city the amount of plastic bags left lying around vastly reduced .

I used to pick up loads of stuff in the car parks before my run mostly plastic bags, bottles and fag packets were a plenty.

But the plastic bags are much less and I hope the bottles will now be far less.

I've seen bags and plastic bottles being blown into the river Don on a windy day and we know where that ends up.

Poor fish eh..

I think Germany has been doing this scheme for years maybe some lessons to be learned there .

10p bags are very different to this scheme tho. Very simple to set up but no one Except the Snp front bench think this is ready to roll out and actually work. The last thing businesses need now is extra work and paperwork

Have a word with your tic pals, just took a 30 day facers ban for suggesting the Ross banner would have been better if it was a banner demanding action into the paedophile ring that's been run there for years.

Really unjust.

Will be the end of it soon, will become another bebo.

I'd say the last thing we need is our streets littered with bottles .

Well there is a shock, The Nationals own Poll still showing the "Yes" campaign being ahead. Just surprised that it's so low at only 52%.

Certainly do hear more folk who dont usually comment on politics or who are "Yes" supporters voicing their discontent at the Scottish Government just now. Perhaps Nicola Sturgeons time is running out but who the hell would replace her?

Nippy most definitely on the slide.

After years of giving a fuck about politics don't give a fuck anymore.

The folk running the country, whether in Westminster or Holyrood, simply cannot be trusted to do a have decent job anymore. Hence whoever replaced Nippy would be likely to be a waste of space as well, pandering to the LBGT community as opposed to dealing with the issues that really matter.

And the rest of the unionist press .

Not forgetting Lord Ashcroft .

I've got a few in mind at the moment if she does get replaced .

Either some news story is about to break about her or she's simply had enough of the shit (some that she is responsible for!) and wants an easier life.

I think she’s definitely got nothing left in the tank and is now run out of good faith. Best leader in UK politics for a good 3/4 years but run out of ideas! ( very similar to Del)
