Everyone saying its a victory for Corbyn are ignoring the fact that many labour Mps deliberately removed corbyns name and face from their leaflets. Truth is nobody won this election.

Good, good. Let the butthurt flow through you.

Your not always right even if you think so

If the snp had said/done nothing about the bedroom tax which the tory party took in why would they get the blame

Just like all 3 opposition parties jumped on them for indiref2 they'd jump on them, and plenty would buy it, that they had the power to offset the bedroom tax but decided not to.

The lemmings that voted Angus Robertson out did it for one reason and one reason only, indiref2. No thought to the Tory policies, no thought to what they were voting for behind that and no thought of how good a politician they were getting rid of, just stop indiref2.

Angus Robertson has been the best performer in Westminster since the 2015 election yet 1 issue kicked him out. That issue could just have easily been local funding or the bedroom tax in Scotland. Just because it wasnt that doesnt mean the opposition parties couldnt have made it about local spending and SNP control of benefits and tax.

Aside all that you are now taking a line that the SNP should punish the people of Scotland and blame the Torys just to keep power. That alone makes you a fucking i d i o t.

The independence at all costs is the major flaw in nationalists like yourselves rhetoric. There is still a country to run. There are still lives to improve. There is still a way to show people that Scotland can be run well, which let's face it, has been put on the back burners lately.

I'm a supporter of Independence and voted for SNP yesterday. SNP didn't gain popularity through drum beating about Independence, it was through good policies and good work. They'd be well served to remind themselves of that.

MY 2017 MANIFESTO: Strong, not entirely stable, leadership

1. The abolition of the Lords (except me).

2. Full facial coverings to be kept legal, especially bucket-related headgear.

3. No third runway to be built at Heathrow: where we’re going we don’t need runways.

4. Ceefax to be brought back immediately, with The Oracle and other Teletext services to be rolled out by the next Parliament.

5. Regeneration of Nicholson’s Shopping Centre, Maidenhead.

6. Buckethead on Brexit: a referendum should be held about whether there should be a second referendum.

7. Nuclear weapons: A firm public commitment to build the £100bn renewal of the Trident weapons system, followed by an equally firm private commitment not to build it. They’re secret submarines, no one will ever know. It’s a win win.

8. Nationalisation of Adele: in order to maximise the efficient use of UK resources, the time is right for great British assets to be brought into public ownership for the common good. This is to be achieved through capital spending.

9. A moratorium until 2022 on whether Birmingham should be converted into a star base.

10. Legalisation of the hunting of fox-hunters.

11. New voting age limit of 16 to be introduced. New voting age limit of 80 to be introduced too.

12. Katie Hopkins to be banished to the Phantom Zone.

13. Stop selling arms to Saudi Arabia. Start buying lasers from Lord Buckethead.

14. Prospective MPs to live in the seat they wish to represent for at least five years before election, to improve local representation in Parliament.

15. Free bikes for everyone, to help combat obesity, traffic congestion and bike theft.

And voting Tory will certainly not do that, so all those idiots that voted against independence at all costs yesterday need to see a doctor.

If there are any left.

Partly agree in that labour clearly haven't won the election, not with having 60 fewer MPs than tories. However Corbin undeniably galvanised the core labour support and who knows had his fellow MPs not been trying to fuck him over for the past 2 years then he could have done even better. It is another irony that many who wanted him out only got in because of him.

Problem is that type of manifesto doesn't appeal to enough centrist or centre right voters in middle England. This meant they had to get back to close to where they used to be in Scotland and wales. They used to have 41 seats in Scotland only having 7 is in seat terms a disaster when it means that's 34 more they need to win elsewhere to get parity. Tories having almost double the MPs in Scotland was another nail in their coffin. That and big brexit areas like fylde staying Tory didn't help.

A coalition of lab snp and lib dem and green would have been great but never going to happen. Instead we get tories and norn Ireland bigot nut jobs.

And some folk said Jeremy was a terrorist sympathiser !! Well this is what some people helped vote for, so I guess we will have to crack on with it. Just think, if the Cons didn't get the seats they did here in Scotland that rubber moothed bint wouldn't have stood a chance. Hey ho, buzzing to hear about some foxes get ripped apart soon too!!

As usual though in this country it isnt what the people voted for.

Labour and the SNP were both against leaving the single market and austerity. The Lib Dems took that further and wanted a second referendum on the deal but also stood against both austerity and leaving the single market.

More people voted for that than the Conservatives and DUP.

We'll be led into Brexit by someone that doesnt want a deal and her gun-wielding friends.

Once they've fucked up Brexit at least they can use their guns to kill foxes and punish the poor.

Hopefully, this falls at the first hurdle in parliament, we'll get another election and it'll be sorted one way or another.
