What did I make up? I compared it to actual situations.

 

Asked a question no one could answer so you all replied with the same tiresome attempted digs. First genuine answer I fully accepted.

 

Give a real answer rather than 20 pillocks piling in and it'll save you from having to read the same shite as always.

What will happen if it's well over budget because the estimate is clearly too low?

Pointless forum.

 

1. Its an agenda driven question (and we all know it)

2. Its based on an assumption

3. You already admitted you could work out the answer for yourself (as we all can)

4. Its actually futile to discuss since NONE of the financials are known yet

 

Ultimately there is no point to that question, we aren't in that phase yet, have nothing to base any discussion on and IF there is a budget overrun then what always happens will happen - it'll either be paid for or it will create additional debt - it really is that simple, to say anything more is worthless.

 

Edit: its 100% negative because you start from a negative assumption and then you work back from there. As you consistently do on this topic.

Maybe you didn't get an answer because you asked a question which no-one here has the answer to, which you knew no-one had the answer to. And maybe people thought instead of explaining what you already know to you, so you could moan about it, they would call you a cunt instead.

Serious question. If it does cost far more, which it simply will have to for what's proposed, and the costs spiral on top of that to £80m, what do we (you and Milne) actually do? Stop building? Crippling debt forever?

Asking a question about a feared budget overrun (and stating it will overrun with absolute certainty) can hardly be described as a "positive" contribution - yet you don't think you are being negative.

Yeah, like Pittodrie which is on the coast. Basically on the edge of the world.

 

The new stadium has the potential to be SURROUNDED.

Can see it being thrown our of court quite quickly if they can't prove the ability to pay expenses in the event of losing the review.

 

Which is after all exactly why the ltd company has been set up.

And presumably why they've also set up another limited company named WAEPAL.

That one is to be seen as though they aren't NIMBYs objecting because it's a football stadium.

 

WAEPAL is to make it look like they are objecting to anything which ACC seeks to approve along the A944 corridor so as to stop the "Garden Suburb" joining on to Aberdeen City and Westhill eventually becoming part of the city.

 

Heaven forbid anyone thinking that they are pure and utter snobs who are simply objecting because they don't want football riffraff on their doorstep

Are they really going to go through this whole debacle every time somebody wants to build something near them? Have people donating tens of thousands of pounds, protesting at site entrances, getting caught making fraudulent FOI requests and so on?

 

Doubt it. Thoroughly looking forward to them being told to go do one by the judicial review (if they even get that far).
