Livingston 1 - 2 Aberdeen (29/12)

Thought we improved today once Gleeson came on. Same thing happened with the Hearts game last week,

Fuck knows why he's had so few opportunities.

Derek works in mysterious ways. Could be his fitness levels are not quite up to scratch yet or something the manager sees in training he does not like, but he looks as though he has got quality and I am sure he will be used more in the second half of the season. We just have to trust the gaffer's judgement and lets face it he has got the best out of big Sam Cosgrove when most of us had written him off. Couple of good signings in the winter break and we could be in for a very good season.

Considering the injuries we've had to contend with its a phenomenal result. No GMS, Devlin, McGinn, Lowe and Logan went off in the first half. Its great to see the youth playing their part in our recent successes. Today was one of them.

Still not convinced by Anderson - honestly think a loan spell would do him wonders. Good player just needs to bulk up.

Thought McLennan was lively and although not everything comes off for him - he creates a lot and is pest for the opposition. Was the best I've seen Wright in a while - did well for the first goal and played a really good through ball in the first half.

May does everything right apart from score goals - his work rate is second to none. Cosgrove was quiet but overall he did ok.

I think Gleeson is underrated - really intelligent footballer and reads the game well - his passing is brilliant at times. Would like to see him start.

Wilson was outstanding when he came on - if only he could consistently play like that.

Lewis did very well today - not much he could do for their goal.

Campbell seemed much more settled today against a good and very physical Livi side. Finally touch for the second goal came off Campbell - should be awarded under his name.

Much better performance from Ball today. McKenna played really well apart from his calamitous moment at the back. Considine was solid and nearly stopped their goal.
