Grey squirrels > seagulls> cockroaches >rats.    They are top of that chain of scum but still ballbags of the highest order. 

I’d put rats and cockroaches above the flying rats in that list

Would depend on the size of the human. 

 A baby, for example, all you'd need is a squirrel sized squirrel for it to be a danger... but for, say, The Rock, chances are you'd need a squirrel AT LEAST the size of a kangaroo.

What size was Bruce lee again?. But confident if born the same time the rock would knock him out?.depends of the skill/anger of the human not size.
