This is where refs need to come out after a game and either admit if it was an error (it fucking was) or not.

When someone is flagged offside when they are at least two yards onside, it’s not just incompetence.

Was at the game last night early as my nephew is only 7 so needed to ensure he had a good view. Team were late getting out to warm up and when they did appear all seemed ever so flat. They were warming up around the corner flag where we were standing and just seemed like they weren't up for the game, no shouting or obvious team spirit. Team looked very apprehensive, commented on this at the time and it manifested itself into the performance. Darvel on the other hand were going through their routines and could be heard from other end. No sign of Goodwin or Sharp taking much real interest in the warm ups or engaging with players. Samson on the other hand was having some stupid conversation with one of their officials about there not being enough space to take a corner. He seems a bit lacking in intelligence tbh

Even during the game when things were getting desperate no real sense of urgency. We weren't up for this game and god knows why Shinnie who is the best motivator in our squad never got on the pitch. Unless there was an injury thats a complete and utter joke. Am not one to call for a managers head but Goodwin should be away by now - first thing this morning at the latest. No conversation resolves this now - if that was going to happen should have been after the 5-0 defeat to Hearts and prior to this game.

If Cormack doesn't act very soon hes going to get it in the neck as well.

I'm not saying it's necessarily that, maybe he just got carried away with the excitement of the possible upset, I really don't know, but for him to see that as offside is staggering and shouldn't really just be shrugged off.

Samson's conduct was laughable. He just kept going on about it - god knows what he was expecting the Darvel club official to do at that stage. Lot more important things to worry about as proved to be the case.
