I don't like staying in hotels either. Very impersonal.

I'm a man of the people, I need human contact, not the isolation of a hotel.

No matter how fucking expensive the rooms, no matter how good the facilities.

There's no soul in a hotel.

just drive there and back on the same day. it can't be that far?

or stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. nothing much to look at from outside, but excellent staff. thoughtful and friendly enough. and reasonably priced. and only a 30-second walk to Aitkens! :sheepdance:

Tup,

I like you.

But you don't half speak some shite sometimes.

Just book a room at the Dutch Mill or something and be done with it.

Na min, I'm serious, I don't like doing anything by myself.

I'm taking my loon with me.

If I book a hotel room and factor in the cost of travel and food I'd be lucky to get any change from

I'm not sure the Much Dull would be prepared for tup...far too many rugger and golfing types...book in there tup and be prepared to spend the night in Lodge Walk...I'm guessing you'd last about 5 mins in the bar before some cu*t would be headbutted to the ground

That's what I mean, I hate these types of places, soul-less hellholes full of twats.
