Didn’t see Jota in the SPFL team of the season but did see Duk. Both born in Lisbon but only one has international caps.

Not enough.  Even if they have just raked in £25M, there is no way Celtic will pay enough to get him out. They could afford him, but psychologically they wont be able to bring themselves to pay another Scottish club such a big fee.

Not sure if it's compulsory but think it's more common yes

Gives clubs a bit more security and financial planning (ie- know player X will only be sold for certain amount and can try and plan ahead for that)
